HOW TO OBTAIN A COST ESTIMATE FOR YOUR PROJECT

1. Email, fax or mail your home plan to our construction team. Our email address is construction@freespanhomes.com. Our fax number is 724-443-1724. Be sure to include your name along with a number for us to contact you. Also mention if you are interested in steel or wood framing. Include any desired plan modifications.
   
   
2. Feel free call in order to discuss your project in greater detail and to obtain answers to any questions that you may have.

Please remember that Freespan, along with most other builders or subcontractors, can only provide "good faith" estimates from floor plans and elevations. However, "good faith" estimates are important and necessary for budgetary considerations. Complete construction plans are necessary for guaranteed pricing.

Estimate Cost

There is no charge for Framing/Dry-In estimates. These estimates are typically sent via email within 2-3 business days.
